With the following privacy policy, we would like to inform you in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) about which types of your personal data (hereinafter also referred to as "data") we process, for what purposes, and to what extent. The privacy policy applies to all personal data processing operations we carry out, both within the framework of providing our services and particularly when you use our website.

What data do we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and for how long (storage/deletion)?
When you visit our website, the browser you use on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in what is known as a log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until automatically deleted:

IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of access
Name and URL of the accessed file
Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
The browser used, and possibly your computer’s operating system and the name of your access provider
We need this data so that you can surf our website without interruptions. We also need the data for system security and stability, as well as for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the above-listed purposes for data collection. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data to draw conclusions about your identity.

If you use our contact form, we require your name and email address to respond to your inquiry regarding our services. Any additional information you provide is voluntary and will be used solely to address your questions.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is based on Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR with your voluntary consent. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending an email to mybreo45@gmail.com.

If you contact us via our website, your information will be stored in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or similar tool for organizing inquiries. Once contact has ceased for 12 months, all personal data, including inquiries, will be deleted.

We review stored data every two years. Deletion does not take place if there are legal retention obligations based on the nature of the inquiry or if we must comply with statutory limitation periods.

If you purchase a course from us, we collect your contact information (name, email, phone) as well as your payment information (Paypal/credit card details) to provide you with access to our course offerings. This data processing is required under Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR to fulfill the contract we have entered into with you for the course.

We store your contract data for at least the duration of the contract relationship. Your data will be deleted once no legal retention periods oppose the deletion.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we need your email address to send it to you. Verification of the provided email address is necessary to consent to receiving the newsletter (known as the double opt-in process). No additional data is collected unless provided voluntarily. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter unless you have separately consented to receive additional news, tips, tricks, or other promotional communications. You can indicate this by checking the appropriate box.

The data provided during newsletter registration is processed solely based on your consent (Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR).

You can revoke your consent at any time. A simple email to mybreo45@gmail.com or unsubscribing via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter will suffice. The legality of any data processing performed before your withdrawal remains unaffected. This also applies if you no longer wish to receive further communications (advertising, news).

The data you entered for newsletter registration will be deleted immediately if you unsubscribe. If the same data was provided for other purposes, it will remain in use for those purposes.

Data sharing with third parties
Your data will be shared with sales platforms, marketing support, and IT service providers if you have consented to receive promotional communications. We have a data processing agreement with all these service providers in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Additionally, we use hosting services. These include infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space, database services, security, and technical maintenance that we need to operate this website. Our hosting provider processes inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data of customers, interested parties, and website visitors based on our legitimate interest in the efficient and secure provision of these services in accordance with Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies, small text files stored by your web browser on your device. Cookies help us make our offer more user-friendly, efficient, and secure.

Some cookies are "session cookies," which are automatically deleted at the end of your browser session. Other cookies remain on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize you when you return to our website.

Most modern web browsers allow you to monitor, restrict, or prevent the placement of cookies. Many browsers can be set to automatically delete cookies when the program is closed. Disabling cookies may restrict the functionality of our website.

Cookies necessary for electronic communications or the provision of certain requested functions (e.g., shopping cart) are stored based on Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR. We use a cookie consent tool for this purpose, which allows you to select the types of cookies you consent to in a pop-up window when you visit our website.

Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc., located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses cookies to help analyze how you use our website. The information generated by the cookie is typically sent to and stored on Google servers in the USA.

Google Analytics cookies are only set with your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR. You can manage your cookie settings through the cookie consent tool.

IP anonymization
We use Google Analytics with the IP anonymization feature. This ensures that Google shortens your IP address within EU member states or other signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transferred to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Browser plugin
You can prevent the setting of cookies by managing your cookie settings in the pop-up window. However, some functions of our website may be restricted as a result. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie related to your website usage (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available through the following link:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Objection to data collection
You can also prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. This will set an opt-out cookie, which prevents the collection of your data on future visits to our website: Disable Google Analytics.

Data processing agreement
To fully comply with legal data protection requirements, we have entered into a data processing agreement with Google.

Demographic features in Google Analytics
Our website uses the demographic features of Google Analytics. This enables reports to be generated that provide insights into the age, gender, and interests of website visitors. This data comes from Google's interest-based advertising and visitor data from third parties. This data cannot be attributed to a specific person.

You can disable this feature at any time through the ad settings in your Google account or by generally prohibiting Google Analytics from collecting your data, as explained in the "Objection to data collection" section.

The setting of cookies necessary for electronic communications or the provision of certain functions (e.g., shopping cart) is based on Art. 6(1) lit. b and f GDPR. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies to ensure the smooth and error-free provision of our services. If cookies for analysis functions are set, they will be treated separately in this privacy policy.

Google Web Fonts
Our website uses web fonts provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

The use of these web fonts allows us to display our website in the way we intend, regardless of which fonts are available locally on your device. This is done by retrieving the Google Web Fonts from a Google server in the USA, which involves transmitting your data to Google. This includes your IP address and the page you visited on our website. The use of Google Web Fonts is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR.

Google is certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield framework, which ensures that data protection standards are maintained as required by the EU.
